Eagle Dry Goods utilized three embellishment techniques and each one has been perfected in our custom jacket program.

  Embroidery

  Embroidery is an embellishment technique that has grown in popularity as demand has increased for personalized leather and wool garments. To embroider leather uccessfully, the decoration needs to have a lower stitch count than one used for woven or knit products.

• 

  Embossing

  Embossing is a technique that sandwiches the leather creating an impression from both sides of the leather. Embossing creates a deeper impression and provides a greater level of detail. Embossing is a great way to offer a subtle promotion as many prefer a more understated decoration.

• 

  In-Laid Leather

  In-Laid Leather is by far the most difficult and expensive embellishment technique but the finish product will show that it is worth every penny. The flexibility of the cut-n-stitch method and its’ broad color options make for a perfect high impact promotion.

Custom programs include virtual sample development, low quantity minimums of 24 pieces, and short lead time of 2-3 weeks for samples and 4-6 weeks for production. All jackets come with the most competitive pricing in the market along with free freight. No upcharge for XXL.

Alternative fabrications are available if price is an issue.
